Advoco was originally founded in Pennsylvania in early 2008 and subsequently domesticated in Florida in 2009.

Advoco has Partners and Associates who are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).  These United Kingdom established institutes have headquarters in New York.

Advoco has secured a strategic advantage by obtaining a visa with the US Embassy enabling British Nationals to work in the US.
